All of the above timber decking components are pressure treated with a tanalised (green) treatment, except the sleepers which are tanatone (brown) pressure treated. The decking timbers are treated to ensure their long-term protection against fungal decay and insect attack. Please note that the treatment adds colour to the timber, however we recommend that you treat the spindle, newels, rails and deck boards when you install them to ensure a uniform colour finish. WPC Timber Merchants Coventry has an excessive range of deck board lengths in stock, ranging from 3.0m to 4.8m. Our stocked decking is made up from sections of 38 x 125mm softwood timbers, with a finishing size of approximately 32 x 120mm.
